Changelog | Avenue 510

The work, on record.

Avenue 510 is built in public. Every notable change lands here, in plain language. New entries land every week.

September 2026

Every Help Center article now has a featured image

Each article in the Help Center now opens with a featured image that sets context before you read a word. It makes scanning for the right article faster and gives the docs a more finished feel.

August 2026

New guide: how to make a vertical listing video for Reels

We published a step-by-step guide to shooting and cutting vertical listing video built for Instagram Reels and similar short-form formats. It covers framing, pacing, and what to lead with to stop the scroll.

The Content Advantage Playbook and Audit

Two new tools are now live: an interactive audit that shows where your content strategy has gaps, and a downloadable playbook that lays out what to do about them. Together they give you a concrete picture of where you stand and a step-by-step path forward.

Edit property details and bulk download photos from the storyboard

You can now update property details directly inside a tour project without starting over, and select multiple photos to download in one go. If an imported listing comes in short on information, the product flags it so you know before you go further.

Team panel now shows a per-agent breakdown of studio activity

Account owners can now see how each agent on the team is using Image Studio and Video Studio, with a detailed activity ledger for every seat. It takes the guesswork out of understanding how your team is actually working.

Each walkthrough has its own video, matched to the page you're on

Every major section of the product now plays a short video that walks you through exactly what you're looking at, not a generic overview. Open Settings, Image Studio, or any other page and the walkthrough speaks to that context directly.

The tour-ready notification takes you straight into the tour

When your video tour finishes rendering, tapping the notification now drops you directly into the tour. No detour through the library, no extra step to find what you just made.

Sign-in codes now show how much time is left before they expire

When you log in with an emailed code, the screen now shows a live countdown so you know exactly how long you have before requesting a new one. No more guessing whether a code is still valid.

New agents get a guided walkthrough of the interface

When you create a new account, a short tour now highlights the key areas of the product so you can get oriented without hunting around. It runs once and stays out of your way after that.

Signing up on a paid plan works end to end

You can now choose a plan, enter payment details, and land directly in the product without hitting a dead end or being sent back to the plan picker. The rate you agreed to at checkout is the rate that appears on your invoice, no surprises.

The Listing Advantage Audit: an interactive diagnostic for listing agents

You can now walk through a short diagnostic that sizes up your current listing presentation and shows where you're losing ground. The audit ends with a concrete read on where Avenue 510 closes the gap, so you leave with something actionable, not just a pitch.

Share Links now shows what each link actually contains

Each row in Share Links now tells you whether the link holds photos, video, or both, so you can tell your links apart without opening them. Links that include a tour no longer look identical to photo-only ones.

Photos you upload no longer carry location or camera data

Every photo you upload is automatically stripped of its GPS coordinates and camera metadata before it touches our storage. Clients who download one of these images get the picture and nothing else attached to it.

Add a personal note to any share link

When you send a share link, you can now attach a short note that clients see alongside your headshot and contact details. It gives every link a personal touch without any extra steps after you send it.

See every video's aspect ratio at a glance

Clips and tours in your Media Library now carry their aspect ratio on the tile, alongside the type and the address. Scan a full grid and tell a landscape tour from a vertical one without opening any of them.

July 2026

Thirteen new Help Center articles for Image Studio, Video Studio, and billing

We added thirteen articles covering the full Image Studio edit catalog, the Video Studio tabs, billing, and the questions that come up when something does not go to plan, and rewrote existing ones using the words members actually search with. Avery, the assistant inside the app, reads from the same library, so asking there gets you the same answer.

A smoother photo viewer on your phone

Swiping between photos on a phone now moves at full resolution instead of catching up mid-swipe, and hold-to-compare responds right away. Dialogs also stay fully within the screen, and the Help button sits clear of the bottom tab bar.

Guides and roundups for staging, listing video, and agent tools

New in-depth guide pages cover virtual staging, listing video, and the tools agents actually use, all written from an agent's point of view. Prospects researching these topics can now find detailed, practical answers before they ever sign up.

Drafts and Completed each hold their own work in Video Studio

Finished tours live in Completed and works in progress live in Drafts, so each tab shows only what belongs there. Completed tours now carry their own thumbnail, so you can pick the one you want at a glance.

Video Studio shows completed tours and drafts in separate sections

Finished tours and works-in-progress now live in their own sections, so a completed tour no longer gets buried alongside clips you haven't rendered yet. Completed tours also show a thumbnail the moment they finish.

Avery: a support assistant inside the Help Center

When you have a question while working, Avery is there in the Help Center to answer it in plain language, no ticket needed. Ask anything about your account, your tours, or your edits and get a direct answer on the spot.

A smoother experience on phones and tablets

Media viewers now swipe cleanly on touch, lightboxes fit the phone screen, and sliders stay drag-safe with no sideways scroll. Tablet layouts respect the safe area edge to edge.

Swap a tour's soundtrack in seconds

Change the music on a finished tour and it re-masters almost instantly instead of rebuilding the whole video. The new track applies across every format at once.

Set your video tours to music

Choose a soundtrack for any tour from a built-in library of licensed tracks, or bring your own, right from the tour flow. Tours still render silent by default, so adding sound is always your call.

Start a video tour without attaching it to a listing

You can now create a video tour on its own, without first saving it to a property, so a quick idea or a one-off clip does not need a full listing behind it. Your property tours keep working exactly as before.

Add background music to your video tours

You can now browse a built-in music catalog, preview tracks, and apply one to your tour before it renders. Music rights are covered for use inside Avenue 510, so there is nothing extra to license or source.

Your brand now carries onto the pages your clients see

Set your logo, colors, and contact details once in the new Branding tab, and they carry onto your listing packets and share pages. The pages your buyers and sellers open now look like your business.

A refresh now keeps your place in the app

The tab, filter, and preview you have open are saved in the page address, so a refresh or a shared link brings you back to the same view instead of the top of the page. It holds across the surfaces you move through most.

New Lawn Repair edit and more staging rooms

Image Studio adds a Lawn Repair edit that greens up tired yards, plus a wider set of distinct staging rooms. Pick the look that fits each listing.

Bring your team onto your account

Add agents to your account with their own seats, send secure invitations, and manage access from the Profiles page. Each agent sees only their own work while you keep visibility across everything.

Manage every share link in one place

A new Share Links tab lists every photo, video, and packet link you have shared, filterable by type and by agent. Copy, extend, or revoke any link on the spot.

Compare an edited photo to its original

In the Media Library viewer, press and hold an edited photo to cross-fade back to the original it started from. Release to return to the edit, so you can check your work in one gesture.

Clients can reach you from your shared pages

Published packet and share pages now carry a one-tap way for a client to message you. Your contact details travel with every page you send.

Hold to compare any edited photo against its original

In Media Library, press and hold the compare button on any edited photo to see the unedited version underneath. Release and the edit snaps back, so you can judge the difference without leaving the library.

Your tours now finish on their own

Start a tour and our pipeline assembles it in the background, so you can close the tab and come back to a finished video. You get a notification the moment it is ready.

Win-rate calculator on the Listing Advantage page is easier to read

The calculator cards are now equal in size, the headline figure is larger, and numbers gain commas as you type so large values are easier to scan. The layout holds its shape on any screen size.

Reframe modal now accounts for portrait and landscape orientations

When you animate an image into a scene, the reframe tool now matches the actual orientation of your photo so the crop handles line up correctly. The same orientation awareness carries into the Final Tour step when you add a new image.

Custom edits now apply to up to 10 photos at once in Image Studio

You can now run a Custom edit across a batch of up to 10 photos in a single step, the same way batch editing works for sky replacements and other presets. It saves the same number of credits per photo and cuts the back-and-forth when you have a consistent look to apply across a set.

Video tours finish even when you close the tab

Start a tour render and navigate away, close the tab, or lose your connection: the tour will complete on its own and notify you when it is ready. The notification includes the property address and links directly to the finished tour in Media Library.

Favorite any clip or tour video directly from Media Library

Tour clips now have the same favorite star as finished tours and photos, so you can flag your best takes without leaving the library. The star appears on the tile and persists across sessions.

Download several videos as one file

Select multiple clips and tours in the Media Library and download them together as a single file. Mixed photo-and-video selections work too.

Animation picker shows real motion previews for every style

Each animation style in the clip builder now plays an actual recorded preview so you can see the motion before committing, not a static thumbnail. Previews loop smoothly and load before you need them.

Per-scene ambient motion is now an opt-in choice when generating clips

When you generate or regenerate a clip you can choose whether that scene includes subtle ambient motion, and the choice carries forward so you are not re-picking it every time. The setting is also available inside the Regenerate dialog, pre-filled from your last take.

Make a new tour version without losing the original

Creating a new version of a tour now keeps the original intact right beside it. Try a different cut without giving up the one you already like.

Edit your final tour storyboard before you render

Inside the Final Tour step, you can now drag scenes into any order, remove a scene, add an existing clip, or animate a new image into the tour, then click any scene to preview it before you commit. An unsaved-changes guard keeps you from losing edits if you navigate away.

A seventh sky option and batch photo removal in Image Studio

Painted Sky joins the sky preset lineup as the seventh option, sitting after Twilight for a natural editorial progression. You can also now remove or replace photos you have already added to a batch edit, without starting the batch over.

Assign a listing's agent from the property page

You can now set or reassign which agent owns a property directly from its page. The right name then follows that listing onto its deliverables and shared pages.

Listing Advantage Packet: generate, share, and export your listing pitch

You can now generate a branded Listing Advantage Packet for any property, preview it, publish it to a shareable link, and export it as a print-ready PDF. Each packet costs 3 credits and is built from your property's photos, video, and agent profile in one pass.

Media Library now has separate Clips and Tours filters

The Videos filter in your Media Library is now split into Clips and Tours, so you can jump straight to individual room clips or finished tour videos without scrolling past the other. Filter counts also update together, so the numbers always reflect what you are actually looking at.

One unified viewer for photos and videos in Media Library

Opening any file in the Media Library now uses a single lightbox with a filmstrip and arrow navigation, whether you are looking at edited photos, tour clips, or finished videos. You can move through your entire library without closing and reopening the viewer.

Video Studio opens faster and keeps your place

Video Studio now opens your drafts and completed tours right away, and the Final Tour step takes you straight to your finished video. The generating indicator holds across page refreshes, and regenerating a single clip asks first, so you never replace your work by accident.

Public share links now carry your Avenue Name

Links you send to clients now reflect your Avenue Name in the URL instead of a generic address. Every share becomes a small brand impression, not just a file handoff.

Onboarding now walks you through setup in five guided steps

New accounts get a structured first-run flow that covers your Avenue Name, branding, and account details before you reach the dashboard. Each step is clearly sequenced so nothing important gets skipped on day one.

June 2026

Claim your Avenue Name in a redesigned setup

A premium five-step welcome now walks you through your role and listing volume, then lets you claim a permanent Avenue Name. Your Avenue Name becomes your identity and powers your public links.

Branded, personalized links for everything you share

Public links for your photos and tours now carry your Avenue Name for instant, branded attribution. Anyone who opens a link sees it clearly tied to you.

Regenerate a single clip without redoing the tour

If one clip in a tour is not right, you can now regenerate just that clip and the tour re-stitches around it. There is no need to rebuild the whole tour to fix one moment.

Settings now live in your account menu

Settings moved into your account menu for quicker access, and a new Request a Feature option lets you tell us what to build next. Your voice shapes what comes.

Video Studio gets a sixth step: Final Tour

After your clips are ready, a new Final Tour step collects everything in one place so you can review, download, and share before leaving the studio. Video generation is also more reliable, with each clip confirmed delivered before the project is marked complete.

A premium new look for shared galleries

The public gallery people see when you share now matches the polish of your Media Library, with a cleaner viewer and clear attribution. Every shared link stays active for 30 days.

The app opens instantly and recovers on its own

Avenue now paints a ready workspace the moment you arrive and quietly recovers slow or interrupted loads. You rarely see a blank screen or need to refresh.

Share your photos and finished video tours with a public link

You can now generate a shareable link for any edited photo, a selection of photos, or a completed video tour, and send it to clients or colleagues without requiring them to log in. Links expire after 30 days, so what you share stays intentional.

Video tours now export in three aspect ratios from one render

A single render now produces landscape (16:9), portrait (9:16), and square (1:1) versions of your video tour, so you can post to MLS, Instagram, and Stories without re-generating anything. All three formats are ready to download from the same project.

Closing cards can carry your license and brokerage

Tour closing cards can now include your brokerage phone and license number with a simple toggle, alongside an optional headshot. Your finished tours can carry the details your market requires.

Dashboard surfaces every active project in one place

A unified "Continue where you left off" section now brings your in-progress videos, scripts, and edits into one place on the dashboard. Pick any of them back up with a single click, so the work you started is always one tap away.

See real before-and-after samples for every edit

Sky Replacement, Virtual Staging, and more now show genuine before-and-after examples so you know what each edit delivers. Choosing the right effect is clearer at a glance.

Video Studio: four named intro templates and Opening/Closing cards

Choose from four intro styles (Classic, Modern, Bold, and Luxe) when building a listing video, and customize your Opening and Closing cards with your headshot, logo, branding text, and a compliance line. Both cards bake directly into the finished download, so every video you export is ready to share.

Favorite your best photos while building a tour

The photo-selection step now has a Favorites filter and a star, so you can surface your best shots as you build. Picking the right images is faster.

Sign in with Apple is now available

You can now create an account or sign in using Apple ID alongside the existing options. We also added passwordless email login, so you can get in with a one-time code and no password to remember.

Sign in without a password

You can now log in with a one-time code sent to your email, with no password to remember. It is a faster, simpler way back into your account.

Notifications that take you straight to the work

Notifications now carry studio icons, filter by type, and deep-link you to the exact place they came from, with a Clear all action. Staying on top of what is ready is effortless.

Your referral link, always within reach

A referral gift-box now sits in the app header, and your settings include copyable referral links. Sharing Avenue with colleagues takes one click.

Dashboard welcome checklist with a completion reward

A new checklist on the dashboard walks you through the first steps of setting up your account, and finishing it unlocks a credit reward. Everything is visible at a glance so nothing falls through the cracks when you're getting started.

Saved agent profiles with headshots and brokerage details

Agent profiles now persist fully to your account with headshot-forward cards, brokerage information, and license details. Set them once and reuse them across your tours.

Drop photos straight into Image Studio

Image Studio now accepts drag-and-drop right onto the source area, and its picker matches the rest of the app. Adding a photo to edit is quicker and more consistent.

A smooth handoff from phone to desktop

Open a studio on your phone and Avenue offers to send you a link to continue on desktop, where the editing experience shines. The mobile menu now mirrors the full sidebar.

Listing import is faster and more reliable

Paste a listing URL and Avenue pulls in the address and details with fewer dead ends and clearer feedback when something needs your attention. The address lookup is also more forgiving with formatting, so you spend less time correcting fields by hand.

Cookie preferences you control

A site-wide banner now lets you accept or customize cookies in a clean, premium layout. Your privacy choices are clear and easy to set.

Promo codes and referral credits work at checkout

You can now enter a promo code at checkout and it applies directly to your order. Agents who join through a referral automatically receive their invitation credit on the first payment, with no extra steps.

Import a listing by typing its address

Start an import by typing a property address and we pull the details for you. It is the quickest way to bring a listing into Avenue.

Video Studio gets a guided five-step flow

Building a listing video now walks you through five clear steps, from photo selection to a finished tour tied to a specific property. Each step shows real progress, and completed tours land straight in your Media Library.

Attach a finished tour to its property

When a tour finishes, you can connect it to the right property and it lands in your Media Library automatically. Everything for a listing stays together.

Photo Library becomes Media Library

Your edited photos and finished video tours now live in one place: the Media Library. Play back videos in-library, mark favorites, and rename tours without leaving the page.

Your video tours now live in the Media Library

Finished tours appear alongside your photos with in-place playback, favorites, rename, and a Completed tab. Individual tour clips are saved too, so you can reuse them later.

Know exactly where your free trial stands

A welcome banner now shows your trial status and the days you have left, then clears itself the moment the trial ends. Timely reminders keep you in the loop as it runs.

Two new Image Studio edits: Declutter Room and Remove Furniture

You can now virtually clear a cluttered room or strip out furniture entirely before listing photos go live. Both edits work in the single-photo editor and in batch.

Refine any result again with a Custom edit

You can now run a Custom edit on a finished image and keep both versions with a simple picker. Iterate toward the exact look you want without losing your earlier result.

Batch edits keep running while you work

Start a batch of Image Studio edits and move around the app freely while your jobs keep processing on their own pages. Come back any time to pick up right where things landed.

May 2026

Batch editing comes to Image Studio

Edit up to 10 listing photos in one pass and download them together as a single ZIP. Every edit option works exactly like the single-photo editor.

Your work follows you across devices

Storyboards, saved scripts, and photo edits now live with your account instead of just one browser. Start on your phone and pick up on your laptop right where you left off.

See every credit in your account history

Your Credit Activity now shows the complete record of every credit earned, spent, and adjusted. There is no gap between your balance and your history.

Your dashboard shows real usage at a glance

The dashboard now reflects your actual image edits and video clips from authoritative counts, alongside a single accurate trial countdown. What you see matches what you have done.

Two edit variations at once

Image Studio can produce two versions of an edit so you can pick your favorite in one run. Finished photos carry an MLS-ready enhancement disclosure.

A faster Photo Library

Browse with arrow keys, select several photos to download together, and enjoy a quicker-loading grid. Your original files are never touched.

Mark photos as digitally enhanced

Image Studio adds a one-tap disclosure that flags an edited photo as digitally altered and carries the label through to your library and exports. It helps you meet disclosure expectations without extra bookkeeping.

Choose your output resolution

Every edit now lets you pick 2K or 4K output, with dependable 2K as the default and clear tips on each control. You decide the quality that fits the listing before you spend a credit.

Edits now stay exactly where you place them

Sky and advanced edits are now tightly scoped to the area you are changing, so a twilight sky no longer adds lights or fixtures that were never in your photo. The result is a cleaner, more faithful edit every time.

Credits return automatically if an edit does not finish

If an edit fails to complete, Image Studio now returns the credits right away instead of leaving you short. Clearer timeouts also tell you when to simply try again.

Your edits stay put when you come back

Image Studio now keeps your results and a persistent before-and-after view when you return to a photo. A built-in viewer lets you compare the original and the edit side by side.

Download your finished work in one click

Image Studio results now carry a direct download, and the library can package a multi-select into a single file. Everything comes out at full quality, exactly as you created it.

Image Studio, reorganized around one edit at a time

Image Studio is now a searchable launcher of focused edit cards, each opening a dedicated workspace for that single task. The right lighting is built into each edit, so looks like Twilight or Sunset apply without extra settings.

Signing out now clears the whole platform

Signing out reliably ends your session everywhere, and your account stays cleanly separated from any other on the same browser. Sessions now behave exactly the way you expect.

Image Studio now ships six sky options and reads RAW photos

Sky Replacement now offers six distinct moods, from clear blue to golden hour, so you can match the listing's positioning. RAW camera files upload and preview directly, with no conversion step first.

Sign-in is more reliable across browsers

Sign-in now completes cleanly across browsers, long sessions, and tab switches. Getting into your account is one smooth step.

Cleaner pricing cards

Pricing cards show the per-month price clearly and let you do your own math on monthly and annual plans. Less visual noise, fewer numbers competing for attention.

Top up your credits anytime

You can now add credits on the spot with your card on file and keep working without waiting for the next cycle. Top-ups land in your balance immediately.

Faster jumping between related content

Every blog, city, comparison, and feature page now cross-links to its most relevant siblings, with breadcrumbs across the deep content surfaces. Reading two related pieces in a row is the quickest way to get a real feel for the product.

A simpler, single-page signup

Getting started is now one guided flow that shows your plan and price up front instead of hopping across separate pages. You move through invite, plan, account, and profile without losing your place.

Cancel your plan right from your account

Managing your subscription is now self-serve, with a clear side-by-side of what you keep and what changes when you cancel. Your billing status stays in step automatically.

The platform is now fully flat

Every interactive surface, from cards and buttons to option pills and selection states, is now flat and calm. Photo overlays and brand marks are the only exceptions.

Pick your clip animation with a live preview

The video storyboard's animation picker is now a full-screen lightbox that plays every motion type in real time. Feel the difference between push in, orbit, and drone moves before you choose, with no credits spent browsing.

Add Property goes straight to your listing

Adding your first property now drops you straight into the agent and property details form, then the property workspace. No detour through the video flow when you only want to add a listing.

Every plan now starts with a 7-day trial

Pricing now opens every plan with a straightforward 7-day trial and clearer cards, so you can explore the full platform before you commit. Your card is on file to keep your work uninterrupted when the trial ends.

A richer home for every property

Each property workspace now holds an interactive photo grid with dedicated Scripts and Video Tours sections in one place. You can also remove a listing you no longer need without leaving the page.

Properties and agent profiles save reliably

Properties you create and agent profiles you save persist across refreshes, new tabs, and your next session. Creating a new profile saves it cleanly every time.

Video Studio flags low-resolution photos before you build

When you add photos to a video, anything under 1080p is flagged with a one-tap option to upscale it first. Your tour starts from the sharpest possible source.

Storyboard steps now track real progress

Each step in the video workflow marks itself done only when you actually complete it, like uploading photos or advancing. The breadcrumb stays a reliable guide through the flow.

Script Studio: voice profile and hook scoring

Set up a one-time voice profile and every script borrows your real stats, stories, and opinions. A hook score on each output shows at a glance whether the opening is strong enough to post.

Quieter Help Center, friendlier Pricing

The Help Center sheds visual noise and the in-app Compare Plans grid now matches the public pricing cards. The two finally tell the same story.

Email contact moves behind the form

Direct email addresses are off the public pages, making the contact form the canonical way to reach us. Less inbox spam, faster answers for you.

Card on file for Free, Script Studio from anywhere

Free now keeps a card on file, never charged, so upgrading is one tap and the platform stays clean. You can also run Script Studio from inside your favorite AI assistant, without leaving the chat.

April 2026

One credit pool, one source of truth

Video tour clips and Image Studio edits draw from one monthly credit pool. Script Studio stays free on every plan and never touches your credits.

Trending Content paused for early-user feedback

We pulled Trending Content off the surface while we gather feedback from the first wave of agents. The library will return, likely larger, once the lineup reflects what is actually moving listings.

Weekly changelog goes live

A new changelog page makes our weekly shipping cadence visible in plain language. The in-app feedback button is the fastest way to move what matters to you up the list.

Undo and redo land in Video Studio

Video Studio now tracks your full edit history, so you can step back or forward through any change to your storyboard and overlays. Quick keyboard shortcuts make walking your edits effortless.

Crop to a clean 16:9 with a live preview

A new crop tool locks photos to a widescreen 16:9 frame with a rule-of-thirds guide and a live preview before you build. Every photo is framed ahead of the render, so your tours come out consistently composed.

Smarter motion suggestions per scene

Video Studio now reads your photo names to suggest the right camera move for each shot, so a kitchen pans and a front exterior gets a reveal. You start with sensible motion already in place and less to set up by hand.

Smoother storyboard preview and export

Storyboard playback, overlay visibility, and clip timing now stay in sync while you preview a tour. Exports give you a clear message and a next step instead of stalling.
