Best Social Media Automation for Real Estate Agents (2026)

The Best Social Media Automation for Real Estate Agents in 2026

Six tools ranked by what each one actually publishes on your behalf. Pricing verified against every vendor's own page in November 2026.

The short answer

PropWalk is the best posting automation for most agents at $39 a month: it publishes seven posts a week to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok and shows you each one first. Roomvu reaches six platforms for $89.99 if breadth matters more than price. Avenue 510 is our own product and it does not post on a schedule at all, which is why it ranks sixth here rather than first.

What automation actually means here

Four different products get sold as social media automation to agents, and only two of them publish anything. A scheduler puts posts on your feeds on a timetable. A content subscription gives you templates and leaves the posting to you. An ads platform buys reach rather than filling a feed. A media tool makes the thing that gets posted.

All four are on this page because agents buy them for the same reason, which is to stop disappearing between closings. Ranking them against each other only works if the page is honest about which job each one does, so every entry below says plainly what it publishes and what it leaves to you.

Avenue 510 is our own product and it sits sixth. It makes listing media and it does not post on a schedule, so on a page about posting it has no business at the top. The one thing worth saying for it is that an empty scheduler is not worth much, and the media has to come from somewhere.

The six tools, ranked

Ranked for a working listing agent by how much of the posting job each tool actually takes off you, not by feature count. Pricing checked against each vendor's own public pricing page, verified November 2026. This is not a lab benchmark, no tool was assigned a score, and no tool paid for placement. Avenue 510 is our own product and is labelled as such; it ranks sixth because it does not post on a schedule, and a page about automation that put us first would be worth nothing to the reader. Where a vendor's own page contradicts itself or hides a figure, the entry says so rather than picking the friendlier number.

1. PropWalk (Best overall for an agent who wants posting handled)

PropWalk posts to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok on a schedule and shows you every post first, at $39 a month, the cheapest real automation in this guide.

- Seven posts a week published for you, across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok

- Every post is previewable: skip or edit any of it in one tap before it goes

- Posts are spread through the day and never land on the hour

- Makes its own media too: 12 walkthrough videos and 600 photo enhancements a year on Starter

- A free account with no card makes a week of posts and a walkthrough on your own listing

Where it falls short:

- Three platforms. No LinkedIn, no YouTube, no Google Business Profile.

- The Office tier at $499 a month is sales-led, so a team cannot self-serve onto it.

- The page's closing line advertises $49 a month, which matches no plan on it. Confirm what you are signing up for.

Best for: If you want a week of posts going out without you opening an app, and you want to keep a veto on each one.

Pricing: Starter $39/mo ($468 billed yearly), Pro $74/mo ($888 yearly), Office $499/mo ($5,988 yearly, up to 10 agents). One listing $39 one-time; done-for-you $299 per listing. Free account with no card, plus a 3-day trial. (verified 2026-11-01)

2. Roomvu (Widest reach across platforms)

Roomvu auto-posts across six channels including YouTube and TikTok, and bundles a lite CRM, AI portraits and a newsletter into one $89.99 subscription.

- Auto-posts to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Stories and Reels, TikTok and YouTube

- Hyper-local market videos produced for your area, not generic stock content

- Lite CRM with SMS and email follow-up, plus a weekly newsletter

- Higher tiers add Google Business Profile, WhatsApp and X, and a branded agent site

Where it falls short:

- The vendor states its posting frequency two different ways on one page: the plan card says daily, and the FAQ says five to seven times a week. Ask which you are buying.

- Credits meter the good parts. A talking avatar is 100 and an immersive tour is 250, against 200 credits a month on the entry tier.

- Annual pricing is advertised as up to 25% off but the yearly figures are not published on the page.

- No free tier or trial. The only safety net is a 7-day money-back guarantee.

Best for: If you want presence on more than three platforms and would rather buy the surrounding marketing stack in the same place.

Pricing: Omni-Presence $89.99/mo (200 credits), Brand Builder $199.99/mo (1,500), Territory $399.99/mo (5,000). Annual billing is advertised at up to 25% off, but the yearly prices are not published. 7-day money-back guarantee, no free trial. (verified 2026-11-01)

3. PropertySimple (Best when posting and paid ads come from one place)

PropertySimple schedules a week of content across five networks and runs paid ads for open houses and price drops from the same account, with a CRM underneath.

- Content created, scheduled and posted weekly across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X

- Paid ads for new listings, open houses, price drops and sales, charged per ad

- CRM with calling, text and email follow-up

- 7-day free trial on the Autopilot plan, with no commitment stated

Where it falls short:

- The pricing page prints both $149 and $99 a month for the same plan and never says which one requires a commitment, so the real monthly cost is not knowable from the page.

- Ads are billed per ad on top of the subscription, so the subscription is not the whole bill.

- The ZIP Code plan starts at $249 a month and has no trial at all.

Best for: If organic posting alone is not the job and you want listing ads and follow-up handled beside it.

Pricing: Autopilot lists both $149/mo and $99/mo without saying which needs a commitment; 7-day free trial, marked no commitment. ZIP Code $249/mo and up, no trial. Ads are charged per ad on top. Annual pricing not published. (verified 2026-11-01)

4. Walled Garden (Best when you want paid reach rather than a posting schedule)

Walled Garden runs Meta ad campaigns for agents at $97 a month plus a fee per campaign, which buys reach on a timetable you set rather than a feed that fills itself.

- Ad templates for listings, open houses, valuations, buyers, sellers and brand awareness

- Runs without a Facebook Business Page, which removes the usual setup wall

- Lead routing controls and campaign reports by email, SMS or PDF

- 10-day free trial with no card

Where it falls short:

- This is advertising, not organic posting. Nothing here fills your feed between campaigns.

- The subscription is the smallest part of the bill: every campaign adds $14 plus 15% of ad spend, and media spend goes to Meta directly.

- The branded tier is $497 a month plus a $497 one-time setup.

Best for: If the gap is distribution you can aim and measure, and you are willing to fund media spend on top.

Pricing: Solo $97/mo, Advanced $297/mo, Branded $497/mo plus $497 one-time setup, Enterprise $1,997/mo. Every campaign adds $14 flat plus 15% of ad spend, and Meta media spend is paid separately. 10-day free trial, no card. (verified 2026-11-01)

5. Coffee & Contracts (Best if you would rather post it yourself)

Coffee & Contracts supplies the templates and leaves the posting to you, which is the honest alternative for an agent who wants their feed to sound like them.

- A full template library for social, print and email, refreshed monthly

- One usage license covers an individual agent

- Members-only community alongside the content

- Quarterly and yearly billing cut the effective rate

Where it falls short:

- It does not post anything. Every template is still a thing you have to publish.

- The team tier is not priced publicly, and enterprise starts at a 50-person minimum.

- No free tier or trial is advertised.

Best for: If the thing you are short of is ideas and design rather than the ten minutes it takes to post.

Pricing: Individual $74 billed monthly, $199 billed quarterly, or $740 billed yearly (advertised as two free months). Team pricing is not published; enterprise requires a 50-person minimum. No free trial advertised. (verified 2026-11-01)

6. Avenue 510 (our product) (Best for the media every one of these tools has to post)

Avenue 510 does not post anything on a schedule, and belongs on this page only because a posting tool is worth nothing without listing media good enough to send.

- Cinematic video tours, photo editing and social scripts from one subscription

- Exports sized for MLS, Reels and TikTok from a single render

- Branding, headshot and call-to-action defaults applied across every deliverable

- One credit pool across video, photos and copy rather than three subscriptions

Where it falls short:

- No scheduling and no auto-posting. Avenue makes the media; you or a tool on this page still publishes it.

- No CRM, no lead follow-up and no paid ads.

- Invite-only, and priced per agent per month from $97, which is more than every automation tool ranked above it.

Best for: If your scheduler is already fine and what actually stalls is having video, edited photos and captions ready for it each week.

Pricing: Free $0/mo, Solo $97/mo, Studio $297/mo, Signature $497/mo. 7-day trial on every plan, including Free. (verified 2026-11-01)

How to choose between them

undefined

If your camera roll is full and nothing reaches a feed, a scheduler fixes that: PropWalk at $39 or Roomvu at $89.99. If you post reliably but the posts are thin, the gap is media and a scheduler will only publish the same thin content on time.

undefined

PropWalk covers Instagram, Facebook and TikTok and nothing else. If LinkedIn or YouTube carry real weight for you, Roomvu's six channels are the reason to pay the difference. Paying for reach you do not use is the most common waste here.

undefined

PropWalk states plainly that you see every post first and can skip or edit it in one tap. Roomvu and PropertySimple describe automated posting without spelling out an approval step. If your brokerage has compliance rules about what goes on your feeds, ask about approval before you buy.

undefined

Twice on this page it is not. Walled Garden adds $14 plus 15% of ad spend per campaign, and the media spend goes to Meta on top. PropertySimple charges per ad above the subscription. Roomvu meters its better features in credits. Price the month you actually plan to run, not the headline.

undefined

PropWalk gives a free account with no card that makes a week of posts and a walkthrough on your own listing, which is the only no-risk look at real output here. Walled Garden's 10-day trial needs no card either. Roomvu and Coffee & Contracts advertise no trial at all.

A scheduler with nothing good to send is an empty calendar that posts on time.
