Where the branding controls actually live, with real screenshots, and the one rule that decides whether the closing card follows the opening or goes its own way.
Branding sits on the Opening and Closing card steps of Video Studio, not in Settings. The Opening step carries the logo or text lockup, its size, and the card template. The Closing step carries those again plus the agent photo and contact block. Anything you set on the Opening carries into the Closing automatically, and stops carrying the moment you change that same setting on the Closing.
Every plan that can make a tour has the same branding controls. There is no higher tier that unlocks extra ones, and nothing in the Opening or Closing steps is held back by plan.
The Free plan is the exception only because it includes no video tours at all, so there is no card to brand in the first place.
One thing that does differ by plan is easy to confuse with this and is a separate feature: white-labelling the public share page, which replaces the Avenue footer on a page you send to a client. That is Studio and Signature, and Solo can buy it on its own. It changes the page your link opens, never the cards inside the video.
Two different sources fill these cards, and knowing which is which saves a lot of hunting.
Your agent profile supplies the name, the brokerage, the contact details and the headshot. It is set once and reused, and the Closing step says so on the contact block: imported from the selected agent profile. Solo accounts have one profile; Studio has three and Signature has ten, so a team can stamp a tour with whichever agent is listing it.
The tour itself supplies everything else: the logo or text lockup, the sizes, the template, the animation and the background. Those are per tour, so changing them here never edits your profile and never touches the tour you made last week.
The branding steps are the third and fourth of six. Everything below happens before you generate, so nothing here costs credits and you can change your mind as often as you like.
One rough edge is worth knowing before it confuses you. When the Opening has a wordmark typed in and you move to the Closing, the Closing's text field shows up empty, with the brokerage name as grey placeholder text.
The field being empty is how the Closing says it has not been given its own value, which is exactly the state in which it follows the Opening. The card still uses the Opening's wordmark.
The practical consequence: do not type the same wordmark into the Closing to make it match, because that detaches the field. From then on, changing the Opening leaves the Closing behind.
When it fits: You already cut your own content in CapCut, Premiere or Canva and have a lower third you use on everything.
Trade-off: You get the exact lockup you want, animated however you like, and it matches content that never came from a tour. It is a manual pass on every video, and the branding stops being something a finished tour already has.
When it fits: Your name and face are already on the profile the video posts from, and the listing is the only thing the frame needs to say.
Trade-off: Nothing to set up and nothing to maintain, and on Reels the handle is right there anyway. The branding leaves with the platform, so a file you email, embed on a listing page or hand to a seller arrives carrying nothing.
When it fits: The brokerage has brand rules and a designer, and consistency across a team matters more than per-agent control.
Trade-off: Everything matches and nobody has to make a design decision. You are back to a manual pass per video unless the template is rebuilt inside whatever tool produces the tour, and changes go through whoever owns the file.
When it fits: A short vertical cut where two seconds of card is two seconds of scroll, or an MLS that will not take branded media.
Trade-off: Every second is the property, which on a tight cut is usually the right call. The video carries nothing identifying you, so it does no work once it leaves the post.

The closing card follows the opening until you touch it. That is the whole rule, and it is the reason a card you never edited still looks right.
Screenshots on this page were captured from the live Video Studio interface in October 2026. The branding controls were verified against the plan definitions in the app, not from the pricing page.
