Each photo becomes one animated clip. Clips render at about five seconds each, and you set the pacing for the whole tour with one choice on the Review step.
There are three pacing options: Express (about 3 seconds per clip, a punchy scroll-stopping pace), Standard (about 4 seconds, balanced broadcast-style pacing), and Cinematic (about 5 seconds, full lingering establishing shots). Cinematic is the default.
Your total runtime is simply the number of photos times the per-clip length, so a six-photo Cinematic tour runs about thirty seconds. The estimate updates live as you change photos or pacing. Opening and closing title cards are layered onto your first and last clips, so they add polish without adding to the runtime.
Pacing is a creative choice, not a price lever. Every option costs the same per clip, and changing it is free. Adjust as many times as you want before you generate.
