Image Studio keeps every photo you upload and every edited variant in a persistent library saved to your account, so it is available on any device you sign in on. Editing never overwrites the original; each successful edit creates a new library entry chained to its parent via a parent reference, marked with a small gold Edited pill. Filter pills at the top of the grid show All, Originals, and Edited counts, and the editor automatically flips its active pointer to the new variant after each edit so you can chain edits without returning to the grid.
