Open the property and choose Delete Property. You will be asked to confirm, because this cannot be undone.
Deleting a property removes the property and the work attached to it. If you only want it out of the way, consider leaving it in place instead: an old listing costs nothing to keep and its media stays available.
There is no separate archive state. A property is either there or deleted.
