Upgrading or Changing Plans

You can upgrade your plan at any time from Settings > Billing & Plans. Upgrades take effect immediately and the new plan's larger credit allocation is available right away.

Downgrading is also self-serve from the same panel. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Before downgrading, the platform clearly shows what changes (smaller credit allocation, fewer agent profiles) so you can make an informed decision.
