It means you can run an office two ways, and you do not have to choose one forever.
Centrally. When you build a tour you pick which agent profile it belongs to, and that agent's headshot, brokerage name, and logo are applied for you. The account owner can do this for any profile on the account, so one person can produce for everybody without signing in as anyone.
Or distributed. Invite each agent to log in with their own credentials and produce their own work. Everything still lands in the same account, against the same properties, drawing on the same credit pool.
Most offices end up mixing the two: a coordinator produces the volume centrally, and the agents who want to work directly are invited in. How many profiles you can hold is set by your plan.
