If you are wondering why something is taking so long: generation is not instant. A photo edit usually takes under a minute, and a video tour takes longer because each clip is animated and then assembled. Leaving the page is fine; the work continues and you will be notified when it is done.
If it is still going. Anything actively working shows as working. Give it time before assuming it has stalled, particularly at busy times of day.
If it failed. Failures are visible, not silent. A failed render, a failed photo edit, or a script that did not generate all say so, and you can try again. A second attempt frequently succeeds, because most failures are transient.
If you were charged and got nothing. You should not be. Credits are refunded automatically when generation fails. If a charge stands with no result, that is worth reporting.
If your upload is not working. Check the file is a supported image type and a reasonable size, then try uploading one photo on its own to see whether it is that one file or every file.
If the same thing fails twice, stop retrying and report it. Two failures usually means something we need to look at rather than something the next attempt will fix.
