Listings and links is where you choose what the page actually shows.
Listings come from your Properties library, and a property is shown unless you hide it, so a new listing reaches your Avenue without a step. A listing reaches a profile when it is assigned to that agent. If you are the account owner, your own profile also picks up listings that nobody has been assigned yet, because an owner's listings are often unassigned. A listing that cannot reach the profile stays visible in the list and says why, rather than disappearing on you.
Where a listing lands is decided by its status: active, coming soon, pending and under contract go to Current listings, and a closing goes to Recently sold. A closing is never taken down for you, because closings are proof of production. Recently sold holds your six most recently updated, and they stay until you hide them.
When a property has a published Property Showcase, its card on your Avenue links to it. Without one the card stays a card rather than becoming a link that goes nowhere.
Video takes a YouTube or Vimeo link and shows it full width. Watch links, youtu.be links, Shorts links and Vimeo links all work. Add a cover image so the block reads as a still rather than a black rectangle before anyone presses play. You can set it to start playing on its own, in which case it starts muted, because every browser blocks an unmuted autoplay.
Video and photos is a strip of your own finished media, picked from your Media Library and your finished tours rather than uploaded again. Drag to reorder it, give it a heading if you want one, and add a caption to any item. You can turn captions off to keep the strip clean, and they still show when a visitor opens an item.
Resources is for anything else worth handing someone: a buyer's guide, a neighborhood page, a market report. You choose whether your links open in a new tab.
The footer. The page closes on the Avenue mark, linking to Avenue 510 with your own referral code attached, so an agent who joins after landing on your Avenue is credited to you. Replacing that mark with your own logo, or removing it, is included on Studio and Signature, and a Solo account can add it on top of the plan.
